August 13th to 23rd 2026 Tournament to be held at
Coquitlam Center Park.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS
SHIFTS AS SHORT AS 2 HOURS AND AS LONG AS YOU MAY WANT
COME HELP ORGANIZE COURTS AND PLAYERS WHILE WATCHING SOME AMAZING TENNIS!

AND OUR ORGANIZERS WILL SCHEDULE YOU IN.
VOLUNTEERING MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
REFRESHMENTS OFFERED.
VOLUNTEERING FOR AT LEAST 20 HOURS WILL EARN YOU A 
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE COQUITLAM OPEN

Please be aware that you must pay the $49 Tennis BC full membership first, to be able to sign up for any of the tournaments. If you played league, check to see if your Tennis BC membership is only for league (would have been $25) or full- $49.  If it was the league only membership, you would need to pay an additional $25 for full tennis bc membership.
 
As a CTC member, you will get a subsidy for joining the tournament. Please keep the receipt to request the subsidy. CTC will process the subsidy a week after the tournament. New Refund Claim Form Coming Soon. 
 
CTC members seeking their 50% tournament fee refund are expected to volunteer to help during the tournament at least 2 hours. More information coming soon.
