Wednesday Ladies Night
Ladies Night is a self-administered program. Here are some key details about Ladies Night:
Date: Every Wednesday evening, starting from April 3th, 2024, and end around end of June, just before ladies double ladder starts.
Time: 2 sessions available - 6:00 to 8:00PM and 8:00 to 10:00 PM
Signup: Sign-up form will be sent out to all female members on Thursday prior. Acceptance to play will be based on a first come first serve basis. On Sunday prior, a confirmation email will be sent out to all who are successful in securing a place to play plus two spares.
Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed until Sunday prior. Once the list of players is sent out, if you are unable to play, pls call the spares available. If there are no spares available; pls find a replacement yourself or seek the help of the whole group listed playing on that day to assist to get a replacement.
Assignment to courts: Based on the players available, the initial assignment to courts will be managed on site by mutual selection.
Format and partners rotation: Double matches only. Allow 10 minutes warmup.
Play three sets of 35 minutes matches, rotate players using the method winners move up one court and the loser stay or move down one court. Partners will split up for the new set.
